Comreact WMS and Digital Sovereignty
Comreact WMS is a separate service with European infrastructure, without dependencies on Google or other global tech giants’ cloud and analytics services. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager are not used in the WMS service. Customers’ inventory, order and operational data in the WMS is not sent to these services. The description below of website statistics, advertising and sharing with Google applies only to the marketing website. Processing of customer data in the WMS is governed by customer agreements and the applicable data processing agreement.
Information We Collect
We collect the contact details you voluntarily provide through our contact and demo forms. We use Plausible for cookieless website statistics. If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads process cookie identifiers, information about your browser and device, and visit and event data, such as page views and the fact that a form was submitted. This information is used for visitor statistics, conversion measurement, advertising and personalized ads.
Website Statistics, Cookies and Advertising
We use Plausible Analytics for cookieless traffic statistics. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used and Google Ads to measure advertising results and form submissions, and for advertising and personalized ads. Google Analytics uses cookies, including _ga, to distinguish visitors. We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags. Google consent settings are denied by default, and Google scripts are loaded only after acceptance. Consent is our legal basis for this optional analytics and advertising. Your cookie choice is saved in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings.
Processing of Website Information
We prioritize providers within the EU/EEA. When you consent to Google Analytics and Google Ads, visit and event data is shared with Google, which may process data outside the EU/EEA. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@comreact.com. You can withdraw consent for optional Google cookies at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal changes consent for future processing; it does not delete data already sent to Google.
Security and Encryption
All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted (TLS). We use modern security protocols to protect our systems against unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
We never sell your data. We use Private captcha on our contact page to prevent spam but it is fully anonymous and does not involve data transfer outside the EU.
